**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning & Coordination**: Develop event concepts, timelines, and strategies to align with client objectives.
- **Vendor & Supplier Management**: Negotiate contracts and coordinate with venues, caterers, decorators, entertainment providers, and other vendors.
- **Budgeting & Cost Management**: Develop event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events remain within financial constraints.
- **Logistics & Execution**: Oversee event setup, manage schedules, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a flawless experience.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and expectations.
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Work with marketing teams to promote events through social media, PR, and digital campaigns.
- **Post-Event Analysis**: Gather feedback, analyze event success, and provide reports for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an event planner or coordinator.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Strong network of vendors and suppliers is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,506.58 - ₹44,662.01 per month
