We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Fresher to join our marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual passionate about digital marketing to kickstart their career and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Marketing**:

- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Support the management of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
- **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**:

- Learn and assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to gain insights.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research to identify new trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, or social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML or WordPress is an added advantage.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot) are a bonus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
