ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- " Understand, prepare, and present solutions to customers that address complex customers requirements (consulting aptitude).
- Lead the technical architecture and design for SharePoint/O365 targeted solutions and migration projects including both low level and high level designs.
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint onprem, hybrid and online architectures including system performance and optimization.
- Project execution, estimation, and requirement analysis.
- Hire, mentor, and lead additional developers (the US and Eastern Europe based).
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules.
- Ability to map user requirements to standard SharePoint features, identify customization areas, estimate the customization effort and translate the analyzed requirements to design using SharePoint.
- Custom web part Development for both SharePoint On-Premise and Online using SPFx framework, CSOM, JSOM, SharePoint extension development, React JS.
- Developing complex PnP PowerShell scripts and DevOps experience for deployment.
- Workflow development strong understanding of modeling workflows and developing a portal solution based on the workflows using Power Automate and NINTEX.
- Integration experience with third-party SW and Tools like SAP using Graph and Rest APIs.
- Installation and Configuration of SharePoint performance Optimizations.
- Deployment Worked with KPIs, Excel services, BDC, BI.
- Experience in development using.NET architectural models including Reat JS.NET Framework, CLR, XML, C#, JQuery, ASP.Net, VS.Net, Team Foundation Server, Silver light & WCF.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC.
- Be able to migrate/move SharePoint databases (including configuration database, content database, search database, SSPs, etc.) from one database server to another without the SharePoint central administration, and without the SharePoint configuration wizard."
