Inward and Outward Executive

**Position Title**: Inward & Outward Executive
**Department**: Logistics/Warehousing

**Job Overview**:
The Outward Executive is responsible for managing the distribution and dispatch of products to customers or other departments within the company. This includes order processing, packing, shipping, and ensuring that products are delivered accurately and on time. The Outward Executive ensures the effective movement of goods from the warehouse to the final destination, maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders, ensuring that the correct items are selected and packed according to specifications.
- Verify order details and ensure that they are complete and correct.
- Communicate with the customer service or sales teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.
- **Packing and Shipping**:

- Pack goods securely and according to the requirements for transportation.
- Label packages and prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, shipping labels).
- Coordinate with shipping carriers or logistics partners to schedule and manage deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels for outgoing orders and notify relevant teams when stock is low.
- Update inventory systems with information about dispatched goods to ensure accurate stock records.
- **Customer Delivery Coordination**:

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, working with carriers to track shipments.
- Address and resolve any delivery issues or delays with customers or logistics partners.
- Ensure that products are delivered in good condition and meet customer expectations.
- **Returns Management**:

- Process returns and manage the return logistics, ensuring that products are returned in accordance with company policy.
- Inspect returned items for damages and update inventory records accordingly.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all shipments comply with safety, legal, and quality standards.
- Monitor outgoing shipments for damage, ensuring goods are dispatched without issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate shipping records, including order details, packing information, and carrier data.
- Generate reports on shipping activities, inventory levels, and order status for internal stakeholders.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with the inward and inventory teams to ensure a smooth flow of products.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to manage any inventory or shipping-related issues.
- Manage and coordinate the receipt of goods, ensuring that all deliveries are matched with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Verify the quantity and quality of goods received against order documentation.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects upon arrival and report discrepancies to the relevant departments.
- Accurately update and maintain records of incoming stock in the inventory management system.
- Ensure proper documentation (e.g., goods receipt notes, supplier delivery slips) is completed and filed.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the inventory control or procurement team.
- Ensure that all items are stored in their designated locations, organized, and easy to retrieve.
- Follow best practices for safe and efficient storage and space utilization.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or other relevant inventory management techniques to ensure stock is used within optimal timeframes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
