Female Telecounsellor

Should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls of the students.
- Should be able to identify the needs of the students, resolve their issues along with proper solutions.
- Should be able to Upsell other products as well wherever required.
- Should have **CAN DO** attitude & need to have Team spirit.
- Should be able to achieve its individual targets and work towards meeting team targets too.
- Should be able to analyse the data thoroughly by maintaining its records of each & every conversation of the students.
- Should be able to handle the queries of the students for all Pre & Post admission cases.

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAS**:

- Should be Pursuing Graduation/Graduate in any stream.
- Should be an active listener with excellent command over English.
- Should be fluent in English & also need to have excellent convincing skills.
- Should be soft spoken with a pleasing personality & need to have the soft pitch over the phone.
- Should have strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.
- Should be professional and need to have a student oriented attitude.
- Should be student focussed with adaptability to different personality traits.
- Should have a minimum 6 months-1 year of experience in any Tele sales process.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Should be able to handle work pressure with ease.
- Job Type: Full Time (WORK FROM OFFICE).
- Immediate Joiners preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
