We are looking for a passionate and creative Web Designer with 0-1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Web Designer at AlgoSaga, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually appealing, user-friendly websites and digital assets that align with our clients' goals and brand identity.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop responsive, visually stunning websites and landing pages using modern web design principles.
- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Maintain and update existing websites to improve user experience and aesthetics.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize designs for performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus if you are familiar with frameworks like Bootstrap).
- A keen eye for detail, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Creativity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Webflow.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and website analytics tools.
