We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products or services, and closing sales. You will also handle inbound calls, assist with customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Generate leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into clients.
- **Follow-Up & Relationship Building**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to check on previous leads or sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and follow-ups.
- **Additional Qualities**:

- Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
