Job Title: Grease Tank Cleaning Supervisor

Reports to: Operations Manager/Maintenance Manager

Location: INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD. (MARKETING DIVISION) VASHI BULK PETROLEUM TERMINAL D-502, TTC Industrial Area, Sector 14, Pawne, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705

Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Grease Tank Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of grease tanks, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate grease tank cleaning operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

2. Plan and schedule cleaning activities, allocating resources and personnel.

3. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

4. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, disposing of waste and hazardous materials properly.

5. Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions.

6. Train and mentor team members on safety procedures, equipment operation, and cleaning techniques.

7. Maintain accurate records of cleaning operations, including schedules, personnel, and equipment usage.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 3+ years of experience in tank cleaning, maintenance, or related fields.

3. Strong knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

4. Proven supervisory and leadership skills.

5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in tank cleaning, safety management, or related fields.

2. Experience working in shipyards, marine facilities, or related industries.

3. Knowledge of confined space entry procedures and hazardous materials handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
