**about data scientist role**:
In this role, you should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for machine-learning and research.

**responsibilities (not exhaustive)**:
Some key responsibilities include:

- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large and complex datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and correlations to uncover valuable insights.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency for analysis purposes.
- Explore and evaluate state-of-the-art LLMs, adapt them to specific tasks, and fine-tune models as necessary to improve performance.
- Build and deploy scalable text analysis pipelines to process and analyze text data efficiently
- Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through effective data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

**education / skillset**:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
- Experience in data analysis, and modeling.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), such as GPT-3 and BERT
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib to effectively communicate insights.
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; OR graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
