**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.

2. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques, to achieve higher rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs).

3. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that impact search engine crawling and indexing.

4. Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and click-through rates (CTR).

5. Collaborate with content creators to ensure the production of SEO-friendly, high-quality content that aligns with targeted keywords and audience intent.

6. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user behavior insights.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve our SEO strategies.

8. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our SEO efforts.

9. Generate regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

10. Collaborate with web developers and other cross-functional teams to implement SEO recommendations and enhance website performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

3. Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns, including improved organic rankings and increased website traffic.

4. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

5. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

6. Proficient in keyword research and analysis, with the ability to identify target keywords and develop effective content strategies.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Experience with website analytics and reporting tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.

9. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles is a plus.

10. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
