**Position: Purchase Officer**

**Location: Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli**

**Requisites**:

- B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharma / M. Pharma
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement within pharmaceutical/cosmetic/FMCG industries
- Good knowledge of material requirement planning (MRP)
- Familiarity with purchase modules of ERP systems (Tally/SAP/etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
- Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables as per production requirements.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, service, and delivery capabilities.
- Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and follow-up for delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, QA, QC, and stores for inventory planning.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, quotations, vendor agreements, and cost sheets.
- Handle negotiations for best pricing and credit terms.
- Monitor market trends and maintain alternate supplier data to ensure uninterrupted supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and company procurement policies.
- Assist in audits and documentation preparation as required.
