We are looking for a talented and imaginative graphic designer to join our team. As a graphic designer, you will play a key role in creating visual assets that convey our brand identity, messaging, and design requirements. You will work on a range of projects, from digital marketing materials to print collateral, and be responsible for ensuring that our visual content is engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicates our message.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**: Create eye-catching and engaging visual content, including but not limited to logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing materials.

**Conceptualization**: Work with team members and clients to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual concepts.

**Brand Identity**: Maintain and uphold brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive visual representation.

**Software Proficiency**: Utilize graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and edit graphics.

**Typography**: Select and implement appropriate fonts and typography to enhance design and messaging.

**Image Editing**: Edit and retouch photos and other images to improve quality and relevance.

**Print and Digital Materials**: Create designs for both print and digital media, ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, and color modes.

**Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients and team members to present design concepts, receive feedback, and make necessary revisions.

**Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

**Research and Trends**: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and adapt designs accordingly.
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Motion graphics and video editing skills.
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
