- **Purpose**:The position is required for devising and executing the channel’s content strategy basis consumer research and viewership analytics

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategy and Planning
- Continuously review content from studios/ movie producers on various parameters, such as quantum of content, box office performance, genre, acceptability on television, repeatability, and suitability for consumers
- Evaluate all content and check if it is worthy for the weekend/ weekday/ prime time slot and tag it accordingly
- Plan the creation of wrap-around to enhance the experience of the viewers leading to better ratings for the channels
- Liaison with internal teams
- Liaison with Ad sales team to brainstorm for content integration ideas and provide relevant and timely information to the Sales team on all upcoming launches.
- Oversee local production/AFP production by closely working with all the internal and external stakeholders. To be one-point contact from the channel’s end for all local productions.
- Maintaining and Compiling of Master-base for the channel, coordinating with Legal and commercial team for License Period and agreements for all launches.
- Liaison with OAP and Marketing team, provide inputs for promotion of content
- Study the organization’s distribution channels and content placements, and jointly with Research and Distribution team devise plan to maximize channel reach
- Work with dubbing and operations team closely on schedule changes, content edits and timely delivery
