**Job Overview**
The Hotel Sales Executive at Wedcation by Tivoli is responsible for generating new business, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of hotel services, including room bookings, events, and packages. You will play a key role in increasing occupancy, developing market strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify business opportunities by exploring new market segments and potential clients.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and local events to stay informed and develop effective sales strategies.
- Tailor sales efforts based on insights gathered from the competitive landscape.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Provide personalized service and address client needs, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the hotel's facilities, amenities, and packages.
- Highlight the hotel's unique selling points to effectively meet client requirements.
- **Contract Negotiation**:
- Negotiate room rates, event packages, and contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the hotel.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:
- Track sales performance, analyze booking trends, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to hotel management.
- **Event Management**:
- Collaborate with the events team to plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, meetings, and large events held at the hotel.
- **CRM Management**:
- Use the hotel's customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain client information, track sales activities, and follow up on leads.
- **Sales Collateral Development**:
- Create and maintain effective sales materials, brochures, and presentations that highlight the hotel's offerings.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address client inquiries promptly, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
