**"Kumaran"**Group **Qualification**: - B.Tech - Fire and Industrial Safety, - and related advanced diploma and postgraduate programs in fields like Occupational Health and Safety - preferrable industry Experience from chemical industry / pharma industry. - **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive safety program that addresses all potential hazards in the plant. - Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, including those under the FSSAI. - Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents. - Work with other departments and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture. - Have a good understanding of food safety regulations and standards, such as those under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
