**Role & responsibilities**:
1. To meet agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries regularly and maintain records of the same in a planned manner.

2. Recruit, and train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.

3. Responsible for Worksite Marketing and events in the Region

4. Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

5. Responsible for lead generation & agent activation

1. Minimum Graduate in any stream with Any Field Sales background is must

2. Should have prior experience in recruiting & developing the MDRT agents

3. Should have an excellent track record.

6. Good Communication Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹215,000.00 - ₹315,000.00 per year
