**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Exam Supervision**: Monitor student behavior during examinations to ensure adherence to academic rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- **Disciplinary Oversight**: Ensure that students follow all institutional policies regarding conduct, both inside and outside the examination hall.
- **Report Generation**: Document any instances of academic dishonesty or misconduct during exams and report to the appropriate authorities.
- **Assisting Faculty**: Collaborate with faculty members to ensure that examination protocols are followed, and any issues are resolved efficiently.
- **Incident Management**: Handle any disruptions or conflicts in a calm and professional manner, ensuring mínimal disruption to the examination process.
- **Campus Monitoring**: Periodically conduct rounds around the campus to ensure compliance with other institutional policies and maintain a disciplined environment.
- **Student Support**: Act as a point of contact for students who need assistance during exams while maintaining a professional and impartial stance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (higher qualifications will be an advantage).
- **Prior Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role as a Proctor, Exam Invigilator, or any position that involves student discipline and academic monitoring.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to enforce rules effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or high-pressure situations.
- A fair and impartial approach to handling disciplinary issues.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to operate basic examination and campus monitoring tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, faculty, and administration.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Previous experience in an academic institution, particularly in higher education.
- Knowledge of academic integrity policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
