**Job Summary**:
As an Inside Sales Specialist at ComplyAny, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients and generating leads. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our user base and helping clients efficiently manage their compliance needs.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their compliance needs and educate them on ComplyAny's solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback from lead interactions to help improve our products and services.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.

**Education**: MBA (Sales & Marketing) from reputed institutions

**Experience**: 1-5 years in Sales domain (not marketing or other)

**Preference**: Exposure in SaaS B2B sales/ Corporate Sales

**Joining**: preference who can join early, asap.

**Location**: Jasola, New Delhi & Mumbai

**Work Model**: Delhi
- WFO (123, DLF Tower A, Jasola, New Delhi, India 110025, New Delhi)

Mumbai - WFH (Must be from/around Mumbai)

**CTC**: Fixed - Upto 6.5 LPA; Variable - upto 200% of Fixed* (Decided post interview).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
