**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized **Administrative Assistant (Fresher)** to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking to build a career in administration. The role may require occasional travel within the city for official tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems
- Prepare and manage internal documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Support HR and other departments with office support activities
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory; coordinate reordering
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external contacts
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
- **Occasionally travel within the city** for official tasks such as document collection, vendor coordination, or office errands

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail with a willingness to learn
- Professional conduct and reliability
- Ability to manage errands and external tasks independently when needed

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
- **Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is required**:
