**Responsibilities**:

- o Lead and manage CAD design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- o Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and drawings according to project specifications.
- o Conduct design reviews to assess CAD models feasibility, functionality, and manufacturability, making necessary revisions and improvements.
- o Generate technical documentation, including engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and design specifications.
- o **Perform tolerance analysis and validation simulations to verify design integrity and performance.**:

- o Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in CAD technology, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
- o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior CAD designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- o Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate components and materials for design compatibility and suitability.
- o Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to provide design insights, recommendations, and solutions.

**Prior Experience in Aluminum Industry will be an added advantage.**
- **Experience: Minimum 06 Plus Years**

**Qualification**:
Minimum Diploma/ Polytechnic / B.Tech with specialization in AutoCad or related field.

**Urgent Joiners Preferred.**
- **Freshers need not apply.**_
- **Good knowledge in Computer Software, Excel Preferred.**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
