Cove Holdings is a diversified property development and coworking company based in Chennai. We are looking for a Junior Lawyer with 0-2 years of experience to support our legal and compliance work across real estate and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Support due diligence and documentation for property transactions
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with applicable laws

**Requirements**:

- Law degree from a reputed institution
- 0-2 years of experience, preferably in real estate or corporate law
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
