**Job Description and Requirements**

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Good Linux administration skills. Knowledge of LDAP services and NFS in an High-Performance-Computing (HPC) environment.
Good Knowledge of Farm Schedulers like LSF.
Requires excellent inter-personal and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Able to schedule, prioritize, accomplish R&D-related activities and communicate actions and results as needed.
Craft clear and extensive documentation on system administration procedures for routine and complex tasks.
Research and acquire new emerging technologies for quality, capacity and performance improvement and automation. Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
Previous experience in EDA environment is preferred.
Proficiency with all aspects of UNIX/Linux system administration and experience with network operations is preferred.
**24X5 Rotational shift ( Including Night Shift )**

**Basic Qualifications Skills and Education**:
Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience
Familiarity with LSF,slurm
Experience in Scripting/Programming/DB in some administrative language (Python, Perl, Shell, PHP, HTML, Java Script, jQuery, MYSQL, NOSQL, Apache) would be a plus.
Possesses a solid understanding of Unix/Linux administration skills.
Resolves issues in creative ways.
Exercises unbiased judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Executes projects from start to completion.
Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
Establishes and develops recommendations to solutions.
Works on team-driven or task-oriented projects.
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
