**MAIN JOB PURPOSE**

**Key Responsibility Area**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals for students in Class 4 to 8.
- Teach Sanskrit language and literature effectively, covering topics such as grammar, vocabulary, literature, and cultural aspects.
- Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to engage students and accommodate different learning styles.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn and explore the richness of Sanskrit language and culture.
- Provide support and guidance to students outside of the classroom, such as participating in extracurricular activities or academic competitions related to Sanskrit.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sanskrit, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Sanskrit language and literature to students in Class 4 to 8.
- Strong knowledge of Sanskrit grammar, vocabulary, literature, and cultural aspects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues.
