**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:Supervising, training, and mentoring field staff, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support.
- **Project Management**:Overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and monitoring progress.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring all work is completed to the required standards, inspecting properties, and addressing any quality issues.
- **Communication**:Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, resolving issues, and providing updates.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Ensuring all safety procedures are followed, complying with industry regulations, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- **Performance Management**:Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- **Resource Management**:Managing resources, including equipment and supplies, and ensuring they are used effectively.

Specific Responsibilities based on Real Estate Area:

- **Property Management**:Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations, ensuring compliance with property management regulations, and managing property budgets.
- **Sales**:Coordinating sales efforts, training and mentoring sales teams, and managing leads.
- **Construction**:Overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, and managing subcontractors and contractors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
