**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain pharmaceutical inventory records, purchase orders, and shipment details.
- Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing pharma consignments.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements related to pharma data entry.
- Generate reports related to stock levels, logistics performance, and order tracking.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth shipment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to avoid stock shortages.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with pharma logistics regulations, including cold-chain and temperature-sensitive product handling.
- Handle shipping documentation, including invoices, customs clearance papers, and regulatory forms.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data management tools, and ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical logistics, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with an ability to handle logistics challenges.
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics (preferred).

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**: 1-3 years in data entry, logistics, or supply chain roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
**Technical Skills**: Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word), and database management tools.
