**Job Vacancy: Billing Operator**
**Location**: Ambala City
**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Operator to join our team in Ambala City. As a Billing Operator, you will be responsible for accurately processing billing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring timely invoicing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process bills, invoices, and receipts.
- Verify and cross-check billing information and pricing accuracy.
- Maintain and update billing records in the system.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the finance department for payment processing and collection.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and track payments.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to billing and payments.
- Provide support in preparing financial documents for audits.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Billing Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Minimum qualification: 12th grade pass (preferably with a background in commerce or accounting).
- Basic knowledge of billing processes and payment systems.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
