**Responsibilities**:

- Operate lathe and milling machines to perform a variety of machining operations.
- Set up and adjust machine controls to ensure proper machining operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and fixtures as required.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or machining processes.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a lathe and milling machine operator.
- Proficiency in operating both lathe and milling machines.
- Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
