**Salary**: 15,000 - 20,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Knowledge & Awareness**

Explore and familiarize yourself with a wide range of aluminium plant products, gaining in-depth knowledge of their specifications and market demand.
- **Market Development & Client Outreach**

Conduct proactive visits to wholesalers, builders, dealers, and other industry stakeholders to develop new markets and build lasting business relationships.
- **Client Interaction & Meetings**

Engage in virtual or physical client meetings, presenting company offerings effectively, addressing queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- **Product Demonstration & Presentation**

Deliver detailed demonstrations and impactful presentations that emphasize product benefits, functionalities, and the unique value proposition.
- **Business Development Initiatives**

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market gaps, developing entry strategies, and executing plans to drive growth.
- **Record Keeping & Analysis**

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, transactions, and market movements to support strategic planning and reporting.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new market opportunities and strategies for brand positioning.
- MBA,BBA, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing (Freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
