Assistant Caretaker

**LOCATION : PALARIVATTOM, COCHIN.**

**SALARY : Rs. 15,000/- TO Rs.20,000/- (GP monthly)**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Guest Management - Serving Tea and Snacks to officials and guests.
- Ensure cleanliness always.
- Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
- Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows when not in operation.
- Adhering to the company’s safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone
- Ensure removing wastages on time.
- Other duties assigned by Care Taker now and then.
- **Requirements**:

- Permanent or presently residing within 15 KM radius from Palarivattom.
- Age : 25 - 40 years.
- Should have two wheeler.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
