**Principal Responsibilities**As a Collection Center In-charge, the principal responsibilities will entail the following:

- Drive the farm sourcing initiatives in the collection center through the Farm Sourcing Leads.
- Ensure good quality fruits & vegetables and 100% fill rate at all collection center.
- Drives all collections centers farmers sourcing activities.
- Ensure that collection center activities carried out as per SOP and quality guidelines.
- Responsible for collection centers operation P&L.
- Deliver the margins agreed with the Category Head.
- Ensure stock reach at DC as per agreed DSL.
- Manage the vegetable sourcing team performance by publishing periodical data and providing relevant feedback.
- Ensure proper strategy sourcing.

**Knowledge / Education**
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in in sourcing /procurement.
- Dealt with sizeable volumes and transactions.
- Ability to remotely manage a field team.
- Well versed with sourcing practices and processes as well as planning and delivery of margin targets.
- Currently connected with the farming community and understanding of farming practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
