**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to achieve clients' marketing objectives.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and effective ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy, to drive campaign performance and resonate with target audiences.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement advertising strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**: Focus on running effective sales and lead generation campaigns, optimizing for conversions and quality leads.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify and leverage the best-performing elements.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance while staying within budget constraints.
- **Reporting**: Generate and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure that ad creatives align with campaign goals and client branding.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Meta advertising and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in managing Meta ad campaigns, with a focus on sales and lead generation. A strong track record of driving results.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
- **Education**: Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
