**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**TITLE- IT ADMINISTRATOR**

**LOCATION- BANGALORE**

**CLIENT NAME - TATA COMMUNICATION LTD**

**EXPERIENCE - 1-2 YRS**

**CONTRACT BASED**
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers. ( Open-source Tools implementation and management for server level monitoring **Exp:

- Zabbix, Prometheus, Nagios** )
- Providing IT support
- Server maintenance Like:

- Racking and stacking, cabling, and IP configuration (Server Level and OS level)
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats. (Good knowledge with Networking Skills like:

- CCNA )
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
