Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Executive with 3-5 years of experience,

specifically from a System Integrator (SI) background, to join our growing team. The ideal

relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in the IT infrastructure,

cybersecurity, and software sectors.

As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing

procurement activities related to IT hardware, cybersecurity solutions, and software products

to meet organizational needs. You will play a key role in building and maintaining

relationships with OEMs and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products/services while

optimizing cost and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase IT infrastructure (servers, networking equipment, storage

devices), cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security), and software

products (licenses, subscriptions) from OEMs and other vendors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key OEMs, distributors, and third
- party vendors in the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software industries.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers for favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules

to meet company objectives and budgets.
- Oversee and manage stock levels, monitor the inventory of IT equipment, and ensure

on-time delivery for ongoing projects and operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and vendor offerings in the IT

infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software sectors to ensure the organization is

leveraging the most effective solutions.
- Assist in the creation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with

company policies, legal requirements, and performance expectations.
- Work closely with the finance and technical teams to ensure cost-effective

procurement and contribute to budget planning for IT and cybersecurity resources.

**Qualifications**:

- BTech in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics and Communication.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in IT infrastructure,

cybersecurity, or software-related products, preferably in a System Integrator (SI)

setup.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking), cybersecurity

technologies (firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM), and software solutions (licenses,

SaaS platforms).
- Strong existing relationships with OEMs, distributors, and vendors in the IT,

cybersecurity, and software industry.
- Proven track record of negotiating competitive contracts and pricing with vendors and

OEMs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical teams

and external vendors.
- Based in Delhi, India, with the ability to travel as required for vendor meetings,

conferences, or procurement events.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
