**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and execute tower erection and stringing activities at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower, and material usage records.
- Ensure all site activities comply with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during erection and stringing.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in **132kV and above transmission line erection & stringing**.
- Good understanding of tower types, erection sequences, and tensioning operations.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality compliance.

**Education**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred.
