Responsible for daily planning, monitoring of testing activities like media preparation, Microbial Limit Test, Assay, Water Sampling and testing, growth promotion testing, Environment monitoring, culture maintenance, operation of instruments and other routine and miscellaneous Activities.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling the day-to-day activity/ task of Microbiology Department
- Responsible for handling QMS Activities
- Responsible for preparation and review of standard operating procedure, STPs
- Responsible for preparation of protocol and execute and monitor the activity as per the protocol
- Responsible to conduct and monitoring the miscellaneous microbial studied
- Responsible for planning and conduct calibration and validation activities
- Responsible to provide training and guidance to analyst
- Responsible to initiate and involved in investigation for incident/OOS/OOT/Deviation
- Responsible for handling incident, deviation and its investigation and take appropriate CAPA
- Responsible for schedule equipment maintenance and inspection on regular basis
- Responsible to recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Responsible to ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards
