**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily entry of vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts into Tally ERP 9/Prime
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions with accurate ledger maintenance
- Reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and GST inputs
- Assist in TDS, GST filings and monthly/quarterly compliance
- Preparation of MIS reports and documentation support for audits
- Maintain proper records of assets, petty cash, and employee reimbursements
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment clarifications
- Assist in documentation and internal process adherence as per company policy

**Key Skills Required**:

- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 / Prime
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L)
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and numerical accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / Diploma in Accounting
- Experience: Minimum 6 months - 2 years in a similar role (Internship experience can be considered for freshers)
