As a **“**Capital Regulatory Reporting**” professional** in our **Controllers team **, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and analysis of daily and weekly capital adequacy monitoring information
- Develop familiarity of key reporting tool AXIOM and also CRD4 regulatory rules
- Monthly/Quarterly reconciliations and data cleansing to ensure integrity of reported numbers.
- Review and investigate trends and provide commentary for management.
- Understand the reporting model infrastructure and implement streamlined process solutions towards a more efficient reporting model.
- Involvement in other non-BAU tasks, such as projects and control initiatives that impact the legal entity and the financial reporting function.
- Provide ad hoc MIS reporting and analytics when required by management.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills (Max seven bullets)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
- 7+ years finance/accounting - related experience
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines
- Strong in Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
