**Roles and Responsibilities**:

Responsibilities
- Advise on how to use technology to streamline business processes
- Collaborate with leadership to develop ideas and solutions to present to business processes peers
- Analyse, gather requirements, design business processes, define functional specifications, and configure solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Participate in projects as an SAP expert
- Lead functional areas and/or support project leadership in implementation projects
- Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years of industry experience or deep functional experience
- Master/Bachelor/Vocational Degree
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Experience in S4 HANA OTC module.
- Expertise in the integration with other modules: FI, CO, MM etc.
- SAP experience, at least 3 years, working on global projects, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in FIORI is a plus.
- Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
- Proven track record of leading SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Be skilled in working with cross-functional teams.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
