**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales and Target Achievement:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers (farmers/agricultural stakeholders) to promote agri-fertilizer products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
**Customer Engagement**:
Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, queries, and concerns.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
**Product Knowledge**:
Stay updated on the latest developments in agriculture, farming practices, and product innovations.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
Log all customer interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
Provide daily reports on sales performance, including customer feedback and product issues.
**Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with team leaders and other advisors to share insights and best practices.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning programs.
**Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and product regulations.
Follow protocols for handling confidential customer information.
**Qualifications**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior sales experience in agriculture or a related field is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
**Performance Metrics**:
Sales targets achieved.
Customer satisfaction and feedback.
Product knowledge assessment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
