Summary of the position:
Alcon is looking to hire HR Help Center Payroll Execution Specialist
Job Description:
- Payroll work focused processing the confidential information with on time and accuracy with consistency & integrity:
- Strong India Payroll knowledge with minimum 3 years of experience- End to End India Payroll knowledge who worked individually to deliver the results- Knowledge on India Tax & statutory process-
- Calculating gross and net pay amounts (e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, etc.)- Payroll-specific records maintenance (changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.)- Reconciliation of payroll records (e.g., payments, deductions, general ledger entries for wages)- Payroll data verification and administration- Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance- Answering questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll queries- Maintain employee records on vacation, sick leave, etc.- Maintain the confidentiality of Payroll information.
Job Preferences/ Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation/PG- India Payroll knowledge is must with strong statutory compliance knowledge-
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)- Good Communication skills (Speaking & Writing)- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Payroll domain
