**Responsibilities**:

- Create a detailed scope for software requirements for operations
- Understand in-depth actual issues in implementation, checkpoints, troubleshooting etc.
- Train and assist implementors with training, data management
- Conduct weekly audits to review performance
- Constantly communicate with users and vendors to bridge product and feature gaps

**Job Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience as an IT software engineer, software product
- Excellent computer skills
- BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
- Should be residing in or nearby Khopoli
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Background in production, supply chain, or ERP software will be required
- Experience in any of the software SAP, Tally, HANA
- Manufacturing along with software implementation experience will be preferred.

**Skills**: MS Office, Windows 10, Communication, listening skills, Leadership, etc.

**Job Details**:

- Location: Khopoli, Maharashtra.
- Salary: INR 20k to 30k (based on experience)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
