Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement SEO Strategies: Create comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to our business goals, leveraging both on-page and off-page techniques to improve search engine rankings.

Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases. Utilize competitive analysis tools to inform content and optimization strategies.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta descriptions, title tags, and other on-page elements to enhance relevancy and improve search engine rankings.

Technical SEO: Identify and rectify technical issues that may impact search engine crawlers, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexation problems.

Content Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies. Provide guidance on best practices for content creation, structure, and keyword usage.

Link-Building Campaigns: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality inbound links from authoritative websites.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with other marketing team members, web developers, and stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital platforms.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related fields.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Technical SEO Knowledge: In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, and best practices for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

Content Development: Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with various content formats.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: SEO certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or similar credentials.

Additional Skills: Familiarity with PPC and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.
