**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Create workflows and protocols for screening processes with the assistance of a technical specialist from Eye Hospital.
- Supervise and train educators at schools who are part of the screening program.
- Make routine visits to the school locations where screening is taking place in order to assess the screening's quality and offer helpful criticism.
- Facilitate ongoing training for school teachers.
- Conduct periodic audits of screening processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with school administrators (Principal), teachers, and external stakeholders.
- Procure necessary equipment, supplies, and materials as needed.

**Desired Skill Sets**:

- Proper techniques for vision screening tests (e.g., visual acuity).
- Use of screening tools and equipment (e.g., Snellen chart, Retinoscopy & Trail set).
- Interpretation of screening results and criteria for referral.
- Effective communication with parents/guardians regarding screening outcomes and recommendations.
