Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, pitch products/services, or conduct surveys.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Follow up on leads, previous calls, or inquiries to close sales or gather required information.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate benefits and answer objections.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update customer records and call logs accurately in CRM or call management software.
- Maintain and organize call records, feedback, and status reports.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a telecaller in both outbound and inbound calling environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
