Key Responsibilities:
**Office Maintenance and Cleanliness**: Ensure the office is clean and tidy at all times, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping Maintain cleanliness in the pantry, restrooms and common areas. Dispose of trash and recycling materials regularly.

**Administrative Support**: Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records. Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents Deliver and distribute incoming mail, packages and other correspondence to appropriate departments or personnel. Assist in the preparation of documents, reports and presentations as required.

**Office Supplies Management**:Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials. Assist in maintaining inventory records and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.

**Hospitality and Guest Services**: Welcome and direct visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner Serve beverages to guests and employees during meetings or as required

**Errands and Other Duties**: Run office errands including going to the post office, bank, or other locations as needed. Support office events and meetings by setting up and cleaning up as necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
