Retail Salesperson

**Job description**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic salesperson to join our team and take on the role of selling mobile accessories and computer accessories. Your expertise in understanding customer needs, offering personalized recommendations, and closing sales will contribute to the overall success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service Excellence**: Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences to offer appropriate product suggestions.

**Sales and Promotion**:Actively engage with customers to promote and sell a wide variety of mobile and computer accessories. Make personalized recommendations and highlight the features and benefits of each product.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the new product range and latest technology. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the inventory, technology, pricing, and availability, to effectively assist customers.

**Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage the inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and replenishment as necessary. Keep track of popular accessories and customer preferences to guide purchasing decisions and maintain a diverse product range.

**Point of Sale Operations**:Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle payments. Maintain a tidy and organized sales area, including product displays, pricing labels, and promotional materials.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with fellow sales team members and store management to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Previous Sales Experience**:Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the retail or electronics industry. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Customer-Focused Approach**:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to actively listen, understand customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.

**Sales Techniques**:Familiarity with effective sales techniques such as upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales. Ability to overcome objections and actively engage with customers to drive sales.

**Organization and Multitasking**:Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, handle point-of-sale operations, and assist multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Professionalism**: Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the company's dress code and grooming standards. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

**Working days: 6 days**

**Preferably with bachelors degree.**
