**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our travel services and offerings.
- Understand customer requirements, answer their queries, and provide accurate information about our services, packages, and promotions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals to convert them into bookings.
- Maintain a database of customer information, interactions, and bookings using our CRM system.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely delivery of services.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, call volumes, and bookings.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services and stay competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to influence customers and close sales.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
