**Responsibilities**
- Supporting in CLO market research highlighting the market trends focusing on the CLOs performance trends and the CLO manager behaviour
- Supporting in the underlying leveraged loans asset class research
- Analyse and highlight the relative value across sub-sectors and risk factors across for investors.
- Interpret the legal language across various CLO indentures/offering documents to understand covenants related to the deal and the underlying asset pool.
- Regularly capturing the market data like issuance, spread movement, rating actions, trading volumes, ESG deals and loans, Defaults & Restructurings etc. in internal SQL/excel databases
- Creating new and maintaining existing databases using Bloomberg/Intex/LCD etc. for pulling data at deal/loan level and analysing it to draw accurate and meaningful conclusions.
- Analyse large datasets to identify patterns and trends and arrive at meaningful conclusions
- Analyse multiple large complex database tables using SQL and show relevant output charts/tables.
- Assist in writing research notes and preparing associated charts and tables.
- Working on ad-hoc client requests by collating data from public and internal resources and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- End-to-end execution of monthly and quarterly recurring publications - which includes building & updating databases and writing reports.
- Actively and independently come up with new ideas, analysis, charts, themes to include in research publications
- Working on Marketing presentation: Frequent update of regular marketing presentation decks to reflect the most view

**Skills Needed**
- Knowledge of Structured Finance sector specifically CLO/CDO and leveraged loans
- Knowledge of market data tools like Bloomberg, Intex, LCD.
- Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (including advanced excel)
- Knowledge of SQL strongly preferred
- Sound understanding of credit ratings
- Good writing skills to help in research reports
- Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy; Diligence and hard work
- Willingness to stretch, go extra mile and be proactive
- Capacity to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment
