**Job description**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Drive SEO/SEM efforts and continuously optimize website performance
- Manage and grow social media presence and community engagement
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.)
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure cohesive branding
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform digital strategies
- Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with business goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, and marketing automation
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp/HubSpot, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta/Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and landing page optimization
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
