**About The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our growing Marketing team, based out of Bangalore.

**Responsibilities**

Understand the brief from the brand, growth and marketing teams and transform them to tangible designs

Execute the ideation, planning, and execution of a variety of video production projects as part of the overall video marketing strategy.

Work with the content marketing team, creative and studio team and serve as an executive on video content production and post-production processes, to integrate video content as an integral medium for our content marketing campaigns.

Support in video mood board creation & color palette planning, storyboard & visual style, illustrations, and animation.

Managing library of video assets.

Participate and brainstorm in creative meetings to understand requirements and advise with creative Ideas and concept

Have expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques and be able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's bes practices to maximize efficiency

Job Requirements

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**

2-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, illustrations for creative agencies, otherweb companies or e-commerce industry

Relevant experience in end-to-end storyboarding, video production and editing in a marketing team.

Solid experience of Motion Graphics, compositing, editing and creative graphics

Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro

Experience working in a revenue-driven marketing team is a plus.

A portfolio of previous projects are a must.

Creative thinker and excellent time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
